短褲多短才“不端莊”？市議會條例是這麼寫

（哥打峇魯25日訊）詢及短褲得多短才算是“不端莊”，以及“2019年哥打峇魯市議會商業貿易和工業地方政府條例第34（2）（b）條”的具體內容時，哥打峇魯市議會主席羅斯納茲里說，此事會交給市議會秘書去跟進。

34. (1) The licensee shall ensure that he and his employees decently dressed,clean and tidy throughout undertake trade, business or industry.

(2) Subject to paragraph (1), the licensee shall-
